After a short registration you can pay the conference fee (you have to choose your conference fee and book a "ticket") via OTP Bank's SimplePay service.

MICAST, CETSOL Meeting: 0 EUR

Poster printing service: 25 EUR
(We will print your posters before the conference so you don't have to bring one. The linen posters can be folded after.)

The conference fee includes happy hour, 4x lunch and 2x dinner in Hotel Palota, standing reception in N�pkerti Vigad�, wine tour (dinner in Grand Tokaj Winery Szegi Cellar), coffee in cofee breaks, conference program, conference proceedings.

Each participant may give one oral and one poster (short oral) presentation.

Accepted payment methods: wire transfer, credit and debit card.
Please note that you have to pay the bank costs.

Reimbursement
Until 31st July: half conference fee.
From 1st August: there is no reimbursement.
